This website uses no cookies, no advertising and no social media plugins, and we do not build user profiles. The FooPooMoo app has its own privacy policy.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) as our processor. To deliver the site and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare briefly processes technical request data such as your IP address, time of access, requested page and browser type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Cloudflare’s data processing terms. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Anonymous statistics (Umami)

We run the open-source tool Umami on our own server in Frankfurt, Germany (stats.mynu.me). It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is only used briefly to determine your country and is not stored. We record which pages you visit, where you came from, country, browser, device type and language, and how you use the page (e.g. scroll depth, which demos you try, clicks on “Get the app”). We also test different headlines on the start page: each visit randomly gets one, chosen fresh on every page load and not stored on your device. We cannot identify you from this data.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is needed because nothing is stored on or read from your device (§ 165(3) TKG 2021). Statistics are deleted after at most 24 months. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is respected, and you can opt out below.

Browser storage and email

Your language choice and, if set, your opt-out are saved in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and delete it once your request is resolved. The “Get the app” buttons link to Apple; Apple’s privacy policy applies there.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just email hello@anydaysomething.com. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
